According to the latest developer update released by developer Blackbird Interactive, Homeland 3 will be released on November 21st with version 1.3 update, which is a major update that includes a lot of improvements, fixes, and some new features, and will also be the last major update for Homeland 3.

Homeland 3 1.3 is divided into two main update parts: Combat & Balance Overhaul, Skirmishes and Wargame Changes and other improvements, this update also marks the completion of the official game repair roadmap promised in August this year, and Homeland 3 will not receive more expansion content in the future, but bug fix updates, multiplayer and mod support will continue to be available.
